Sober Living Residences for CalAIM Members
A structured, compassionate environment for recovery and growth.
Hammock Homes provides sober living environments for individuals committed to recovery who need stable housing and community support. Our residences bridge the gap between treatment and independent living for CalAIM members across Solano and Sonoma Counties.
Structured, Supportive Recovery Housing
Our sober living homes combine structure, accountability, and compassionate support for adults ready to sustain sobriety in a community setting. Residents live in comfortable homes that emphasize personal growth and peer connection—building life skills and confidence with guidance from staff and case managers.
This is not just housing—it’s a foundation for lasting recovery.
How Sober Living Fits Within Our Services
Sober Living is specifically designed for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders who need:
- Structured, substance-free environment

- 3-6 month stabilization period
- Connection to recovery community
This differs from our Transitional Housing (6 months for general life skills) and our medical programs (Recuperative Care/STPH) which address healthcare needs. Some participants may transition between programs as their needs evolve.
