Day Habilitation Programs for CalAIM Members

Structured daily programming for skill development and community integration

Hammock Homes’ Day Habilitation program provides comprehensive skill-building and support services for CalAIM members working toward greater independence. Through structured daily activities, participants develop practical life skills, employment readiness, and community connections across Solano and Sonoma Counties.

What is Day Habilitation?

Day Habilitation is a structured day program where participants engage in skill-building activities, then return to their residence each evening. This CalAIM Community Support helps members develop capabilities needed for increased independence and community participation.

Key Features:

  • Daily structured programming (specific hours vary)
  • Skill development in group and individual settings
  • Focus on practical, applicable life skills
  • Integration with other CalAIM services

Unlike residential programs, Day Habilitation provides intensive daytime support while participants maintain their current living situation—whether that’s in our housing programs or in the community.
